Wrapping a pallet without a dispenser creates adverse conditions for the operator as it’s tough on their hands. There are so many positive benefits for your business when you start using pallet wrap dispensers. For one thing, your operator will thank you for no longer having to withstand punishment to their hands.
The dispenser will save you time and money, by using film more efficiently, and because the operator can wrap pallets faster, tighter and safer ready for the onward journey or storage.
The more tightness that is applied to the pallet wrap roll itself the better, because when wrapping a pallet, the tighter the film is pulled around the pallet, the load becomes more secure. This method provides the pallet wrap finish that you’re after – a safe one!
Easily adjust the tension of the film with the twist handle, this gives you superior control of the stretch when wrapping a pallet.
How many times around a load you should apply pallet wrapwill vary from load to load, but we do recommend 4 times around the base of the pallet, while making sure that the film reaches to the bottom edge of the pallet and taking extra care that it’s pulled tightly around the corners. It’s then a case of moving up the pallet layer by layer, making sure that each layer overlaps the other. Repeat the same process coming down from the top of the pallet.
