- A fully recyclable and biodegradable void fill solutions, made from high quality 70gsm 100% recycled paper.
- Box dispensers are an all in one void fill packaging system ideal for businesses looking for compact easy to use void fill solutions. Each box has a perforated removable hole which allows easy dispensing. These boxes are lightweight and easy to handle allowing them to be easily moved or stored.
- Fan fold pads and coreless rolls can be used on their own but are more optimal for use with a void fill dispenser or machine.
- Eco-friendly: Fully recyclable and biodegradable, and made from 100% recycled paper.
- Protection: 70gsm paper offers adequate fill and protection for most items and packages being sent in transit.

Coreless Rolls and Fanfold Pads
Packaging Express supplies paper void fill in two formats, coreless rolls and perforated fanfold pads. Both can be used by hand or with a paper dispensing machine, so they suit low-volume packing benches as well as busy fulfilment lines.
Available sizes:
- Coreless void fill paper rolls: 350mm x 450m, 70gsm
- Perforated fanfold paper pads: 381mm x 360m, 70gsm
For faster, more consistent packing, our paper void fill works with the German-made Activatec Fill-It range, available in manual and automatic versions:
- Fill-It PA1000 Manual Paper Dispenser: for perforated fanfold pads
- Fill-It PA1500 Manual Paper Dispenser: for coreless rolls
- Fill-It PA2000 Automatic Paper Dispenser with Foot Pedal: for perforated fanfold pads
- Fill-It PA4000 Automatic Paper Dispenser with Cutter and Foot Pedal: for coreless rolls
The PA4600, PA5000 and PA6000 models are also available on an extended lead time. These use a different type of void fill paper.
